Information for authors

All paper submission must be done electronically and will only be published in the proceedings after the author has paid the registration fee. There will be no page limitation for your submission. There will be no charge to have the paper published in the proceedings. 1 (-3) colour pictures (photos) in the paper will be accepted without charge. Proceedings will be published as a special number of the journal “Fragmenta Ioannea Collecta” in a paper format. Papers published in “Fragmenta Ioannea Collecta” will be subject to a review process.

Deadline for proceedings submissions is December 20, 2011.

Please include all of the following items with your proceedings submission. The following information is required and is to be in the following order:

1. Title of the submission in English (and your native language).
2. Name(s) of the author(s).
3. Affiliation of the author(s).
4. Address(es) of the author(s).
5. E-mail address(es) of the author(s).
6. Abstract of paper in English (and your native language).
7. Paper in English (1-3 coloured pictures in jpg. format are acceptable).
8. References.
9. Supplementary information about necessary technical equipment for oral presentation.

Guidelines for oral presentations:
For oral presentations, all necessary technical equipment will be made available. We strongly recommend electronic PowerPoint presentations. Computer facilities will be available. Working languages: English - Czech .

Guidelines for posters:
Maximum poster size will be specified in the last circular. We recommend to use font sizes of 18 points or more and fonts that are easy to read such as Arial (rather than Times New Roman). Present information in a concise manner, „dot-points“ are often useful. Good figures and illustrations sometimes can say more than words.
