Registration information

Registration fee: 150 EURO

Registration fee includes:
Admission to sessions
A copy of the conference program pack
A copy of the proceedings
Mid-morning and afternoon coffee breaks
Interpretation facilities

Payment:
Fees are required with registration. Your registration will not be accepted before full payment has been received. Payment should be made in EURO and in advance by:

• 1. Banker’s Draft, which should be sent together with the registration form. The Banker’s Draft should be drawn on  the Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka and made out in EURO to „Svatojanka kolej“. We are not able to accept personal, company or Euro-cheques.
• 2. By SWIFT electronic funds transfer to:

  All payments must be free of all bank-charges and in advance. The name of participant  and „SYMPOSIUM 2011“ must be stated on the payment.

Cancellation: 
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing by December 10, 2011. There will be a 75 EURO service charge for refunds.
